Getting pictures of the house put up when my wife and I were not available. Setting the initial offering price definitely helped maximize the final sale value. Lisa was also really helpful in getting key contractors in to help deal with some of the issues with the house to preclude any delays or surprises leading up to the closing. She was also very good at listening and working the overall strategy with me in a step by step manner. While I recognize that the market conditions are unusual this process moved rapidly but in control. All in all the entire process could not have gone any better. I would recommend Lisa to all of my friends and acquaintances for their real estate needs.
